4 Minute Home Upper Body Workout — This Workout Gets You A RIPPED Upper Body

While gym equipment can HELP, it’s definitely not necessary to gain muscle and lose fat. This is a workout I routinely do while traveling — it’s under four minutes, and will allow you to gain muscle on your upper body, tone up your upper body, get six pack abs, or achieve any other fitness goal you set. This upper body workout only requires a set of 25 lb. dumbbells. There are also many workouts I do which do not even require the dumbbells though — let me know in the comments if you’d like to see those. @avneettina No, if you are feeling pain from your workouts, you should definitely ease of either the amount of time you are spending doing the workout, the weights, or the reps. You don’t want to be in pain at the end of a workout, you also DO NOT want your muscles to be burning after a workout, this shows lactic acid is in your muscles, and this isn’t very good. You should reach the point where you feel like you cannot do anymore in your workout, then stop. Do not get to the burning sensation.


Should I increase the weight each week or keep it the same?

the dumell deadlifts (last excercise) seems to train the back, not the arms or chest like everything else here..
