what’s the best workout to loose inner thighs? that’s the part I have most trouble with and maybe my arms… I don’t want to look masculine or too toned up for the arms. I know swimming is the best to work out everything but I can’t swim

@TheSindhoori Well, I think it does not work, because her legs are not toned. Naomi Campbell has nice toned legs, and she skips ropes.

I can not do those exercises when you have to have your legs straight up, I’m not agile enough. : (

@izzie889 well i will do it everyday, and exercise is collective so i guess 10-15 repetitions are a nice number to do it


I don’t think doing this 3 times a week would do anything. Maybe if the repititions were extended and each exercised modifified more (eg. do it slower)…but definitely some good ideas
