surely sliding your body forward decreases the angle thus biomechanically using more of the middle and lower chest, recruiting less deltoid?

seat adjustment… where should the handles on the machine line up with my chest? i dont want to be to high or to low. should the handles line up with my nipples or lower pec area?

Surely on the incline machine, if you move your hips forward on the seat, then you change the angle from your arms to your body, and end up doing a flat bench movement, as opposed to incline?
