It’s a great workout, but it was difficult the first 2 times. I can feel my stomach buning from the last excersize..


not very good positioning of the instructor and not very controlled movements either… be careful!

very good work out for the upper body. I plan to use these along with whatever else I can find to supplement a stronger work out.


I’m 5’2″ and I use the small ball size. Anything else and my feet can’t touch the ground when they should :-). And I’m fat too, and can do these just fine so..yeah. Just keep trying!


I wish I could accomplish these as easy as you can. I’m trying though! If I’m 5″2 what size ball should I buy? And where can you buy them in the UK? I’m tired of lugging to the gym to use them.

You’re lazy and that’s why you’re complaining. This video is useful for the rest of us who want to keep in shape but don’t want to pay hefty gym fees. Lacking discipline is how you got to be the shape you are in the first place.


its hard to do if you are slightly fat.
try to teach us a easy workout to hard.
im fat i cant do the same thing. :(
i can perform some steps but many of them are difficult for me, i cant easily carry my body and the balls goes. woooo.. toynk toynk :))
