Are real 100% beef burgers good for bodybuilding/fitness?

I sometimes eat maybe 3 or 4 beef burgers made from 100% mince beef with chopped onions and 1 egg. i make them myself. are they good for you.? i dont butter the bread.. and when im cooking the burgers im grilling them. are they good for you? and bodybuilding?

they have lots of protein which is a plus, but they also have lots of fat which isn’t. if you don’t really wanna give up eating them buy “extra lean ground beef” it has the least amount of fat. you could also buy ground turkey and go half and half, that would probably be the healthiest and still tastes delicious
