Bodybuilding/Fitness question ???
Do you think its possible to do flat dumbell presses w/ a 120 pound dumbell without taking any whey protein, creatine, glutamine, amino acids, nitric oxide, etc… just training naturally ?
Reason im asking is because im finally able to do at least two to three reps w/ the 120 pound dumbells for the flat dumbell presses and there are alot people asking me if I take any strength supplements, high amounts of whey protein & amino acids, even had one person ask me if im juicin on roids !
I do not take any supplements and I eat alot of meat and train naturally.
what do you all think ???
it’s ABSOLUTELY possible to do…. supplements only speed things up.. you can achieve anything if you have the determination and will
hell ya thats alot 120lbs dumbells
ive been workingout for about 6months hard
and im doing 65lbs dumbells 4sets 10reps
and im not taking anything people keep telling to start taking supplements to get faster results
but yes it is possible just keep up the hard work
P.S fitness is a way of life…
eat right workout and anybody can get to 120lbs dumbell
Yep it’s possible. As long as your eatting right, getting enough water and sleep, you should have no problem doing that. Taking supplements will help you acheive this weight, but you can do it on your own with no help from supplements as you have.
Congrats by the way!
Of course its possible. There are many people out there who can lift extremely heavy weights without ever touching a supplement. Some of these people are genetically strong, some train harder than everyone else, and some have a bit of both. It seems that you obviously train very hard and eat good and its possible that you may have some good genes. Either way, great job and keep up the hard work, continue to show people that you do not need to rely on steroids and supplements to obtain fantastic results. As for people asking you what you take and stuff, I get that all the time as well. Individuals (from teenagers to 70-80 year old men) are always asking what I am taking, what can they take to get better, are there any secrets? Most do not believe that if you work hard enough, you can achieve what you want.
good luck and keep lifting hard
