I agree on the diet soda to ditch it. It’s really bad for you, splenda and any other artificial sweeteners have been linked to many health issues, including weight gain, mood swings, headaches and some illnesses. Definitely should think about it, and do some research :)

why cant people crack an egg anymore? those cartons of egg whites are nasty and come from the battery farms where chickens are squeezed into tiny cages. I prefer oraganic free range eggs only.

Nice vid though.

I was wondering if you both eat bread? I feel the things you are teaching people are very informative some of us don’t eat healthy AT ALL! such as 1 bottle of soda, candy, burgers fries, etc all in one day and I feel changing to anything here would be a good choice even the diet right. I have horrible eating habits and I really need help.

go with unsweetened almond milk.

I feed a lot of the egg yolks to my dogs. They can handle it better than me.

obviously talking about wieght lose stuff but not health, i just wonder when people will finally learn all the health answers are in veganism

For a beginner into a “lifestyle change” and journey toward clean eating, it may be overwhelming for one to think to maybe eat two of their 6+ meals per day consisting of “oatmeal and egg-whites” For some there is a transition. Those of us that practice clean wating, know there are not alot of options for low-fat proteins and good complex carbs-and I am going to guess that 99% of us have a cheat day, or meal, or alcoholic beverage, or …whatever occasionally!

you are right- any soda diet or is not a healthy choice, but for some that cannot bear the thought of constantly drinking water tea, it may be a nice occasional supplement maybe on a cheat day. the low-fat waffles and turkey sausages are also processed and should be consumed very minimally, if at all-esp for those trying to lose weight. Its more of an occasional “maintenance” treat- like a cheat, maybe once per week.

Actually there is no definition for “clean eating” thus far. Robert Kennedy from oxygen magazine claims to have coined the term, and like in everything, can mean anything ta person wants it to mean. To myself, and my weight-loss training business for 10+ years, it means low fat proteins combined with high-complex carbs, (mostly vegis) to achieve optimum results from your workout efforts- with regards to weight/loss, increased metabolism, and muscle gain.

Diet soda? You should drink green tea, water and fresh juice, not soda! Diet soda it is still junk like normal soda!

pitch that pop–i believe in the future pop will the next cigarettes– it will be banned-

But doesent clean eating mean absolutly no processed food like no sodas, no margrins. etc and just natural organic products?
