FIT IN THE KITCHEN: Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is perfect as dip during the playoffs as well as a filler for a sandwich or topper for a salad! Visit Lauren’s Fitness Channel – http Follow me on Twitter: twitter.com Tumblr: sarahfit.tumblr.com Pinterest pinterest.com Facebook: facebook.com Recipe: 6 oz chicken breast 2 cups Chicken Broth 4 Laughing Cow Light Wedges Garlic and Herb 1 TBSP Blue Cheese Crumbles 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain nonfat or 2% 2-4 TBSP Franks Red Hot – depends on your own preference 2 tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reduced fat or 2% Cook 2″ pieces of raw chicken in boiling broth. String or chop after 10-15 minutes. Combine all ingredients except shredded cheese. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, serve with chips or celery. Use an 8×8 pan. We didn’t have an 8×8 at Lauren’s so we used a loaf pan. If you prefer to use sour cream and mayo instead of greek yogurt, use 1/4 cup of each. @DarlingKaya haha in all honesty she is just like that when she teaches class. I giggle to myself when I take them because she? is so smiley haha and excited and everyone in the class is in pain. However, her classes are regularly jam packed.

Thank you so much for this! I recently? made some Buffalo Chicken Dip for a party and it was amazing. I loved it…but it was NOT healthy. I’m glad to have better alternative for next time :)

@whysosirius I think guys can totally do barre inspired workouts! I think it would be challenging and something different that your body would typically not be used to.? No guy or girl workouts in my eyes.

@whysosirius Men can do this workout they just don’t tend to love Bar inspired classes given it’s ballet influence. I have many other workouts that are? probably better suited for men, like my 2-day split strength training routine!
