Can someone help me find a way to lose some stomach and pectoral fat please? Give me some tips or tricks or some workouts and excersices would be VERY helpful! Thanks a lot !

If you want to lose fat and have more muscle definition, you have to lower your fat percentage. The men/women you see in the magazines have extremely low fat percentages (men have 3-5%) but they don’t maintain it, they get that low in preparation for the photo shoot. Lower your fat percentage and the muscles you already have will appear more defined. Basic workout- jogging 5 times per week for 30 minutes. Jog as fast as you can without hurting yourself for 30 minutes. Then do the 400: do 400 situps, 400 squats, 400 lunges, and 400 push ups. It is way harder than it sounds. Do the 400 on alternating days, 2 or 3 times per week. Get free weights- 5, 10, and 15 pound weights if you are a female; 10, 15, 20 pound weights if you are male. Lift weights 2 times per week on the days you don’t do the 400. If you can’t do the 400 and jog in the same day(if it’s too much) then alternate the jogging and the 400. This will get you started, at least. Give it a couple of months. Take your picture now, and then work out like crazy and take a picture 2 months from now in the exact same place wearing the same clothes (or same type of clothing if the clothes are too big). Well, bench press works the pecs, so do that.
Use the rowing machine. That one’s a killer.
Abs, do sit ups. Like the other guy said, it helps with a weight on your chest. You can also use that cable pull down machine, just bring the grip down to ground level. Sit down so the machine is behind you, and pull the cable in front of you. Do your sit ups while holding the grip handle (or if you’re using those balls on a rope instead) on your chest.
Jogging for a while can’t hurt either.

Forgot to mention; Do NOT starve yourself. It might be tempting, but your body enters starvation mode and your body stores all your body fat and consumes your muscle for energy.
You might lose a little weight, but it will be nothing but muscle.


It depends on your age and dedication. Jamie, I don’t know if you’re male or female. I’ll go with the male advice. Fat on men’s pectorals are referred to as “Man boobs”. and none of us want them. High repetitions (at least 6 sets of 25 reps) of lateral raises. Flat on a bench, face up, about 10 pounds in each hand, arms slightly bent. The idea is to fly like a bird flying upside down. Not too fast and not too slow. For the abs. Hang from a horizontal bar, and slowly raise your toes till they touch the bar. Very difficult at first, but they’ll get easier to do as your mid-section becomes stronger. Goal? 6 sets of ten reps. Also, try to eventually do the exercise stiff legged. Slightly bent is OK too. Google “Man BOOBs”, and see for yourself.
