What do you eat?
@milotist i grew 3 inches since i dropped that comment 8 months ago. I grew from this w….helpogrowth.commm it works whether you lift weights or not.
@TheLeilisa i have that problem too but everybody on internet says – no it will not
Good stuff man.
fake
@TheLeilisa that’s a myth. if you’re eating right/enough and allowing time for recovery you don’t have to worry about stunted growth, regardless of you’re age. just be safe and take care of you’re body; you only get one.
lifting weights will stunt my growth?
Ver good instructor.
what joe’s height?approx?
@gab9876 human growth hormones
@Rochardzorz joe’s belly or the machine? and what does HGH stand for
@gab9876 It’s called HGH.
cool thanks a lot can’t wait to do them
hueuhehuehueh look at joe’s belly =D
Thx for saving my back! :>
the row machines at my gym dont have feetpads, it’s annoying :/ makes ppl sit weird
your spine has a natural arch in it. if you keep it straight while doing these exercises, it will put a lot of stress on your spine. so keeping it arch will help take off the pressure.
fuckin top vid
When you mean arching your back, do you mean to arch the lower back a little bit? I’m not to clear on why you have to arch the lower back… arent you supposed to keep it straight?
so does wide grip do upper back?
