Disliked. How has someone who clearly spends a lot of time training/instructing managed to fall for the the myth that high reps are for toning. Get back to school Joe – you couldn’t be more wrong.


Good videos he got there – but all the shit about toning up with higher repetition is so wrong i might even dislike it -.-


PAY ATTENTION what he said about your thumbs being higher when u raise them weight is the most important part, you do not want to shift focus onto the over developed front deltoid, this will not add width


“Trying to tone up” – what’s that? Toning up? I thought muscles could only respond to training by growing bigger and stronger.
