Question by Kris: Is this a good workout for bodybuilding, fitness and increasing flexibility for a 16 year old male?
Monday:
100 press ups
25 dumbell curls each arm
50 dumbell push ups each arm
Tuesday:
100 sit ups or kick ups
splits for 60 seconds
2 mile run
Wed:
50 dumbell curls each arm
50 dumbell push ups each arm
Thurs:
100 sit ups or kick ups
splits for 60 seconds
2 mile run
Fri:
100 press ups
50 dumbell curls each arm
100 dumbell push ups each arm
Sat:
1 mile run
Sun:
various leg streches for 10 minutes
I know that a mile is not long I ran 5 miles the other week but i don’t want to focus too much on running because it is bodybuilding mass that I am most after
I will of course add on to these excercises depending on how i’m feeling, I just didnt want to set them too high or it would put me off

Well, good for everything besides stretching. You should stretch every day after running a short distance, like a half mile or quarter, and onto the mile note. A mile is not that long for a 16 year old, i run 3 miles and 5 miles and am younger than you, run farther.

Well .. i c that u r training everyday of the week, my advice is to stop that and train three days/week [M W F] to let ur muscles recover themselves and grow, and for running u can run for 5 miles days u don’t train and less when u train.
look in the source n c which routine u like !
