I’m slightly, probably very under weight i’m 5’11 and weight 8.5 stone i wish to build my ideal weight to about 170 llbs right now theirs no fat on me at all what i do have is all muscle and my legs are alot more muscly than my body.
I can legpress 300 llbs with 15 reps, is that impressive or average?
And what technique would you recommend to build myself up to my ideal weight?

compound exercises. squats(most important), bench, bent over row, shoulder press. All involving the barbell because it allows you to apply more resistance. Fumes the body with testosterone. Train in all of the rep ranges. Alternate between heavy, moderate and light weight how ever you choose. You have 3 different layers of muscle fiber and each one has a different training purpose, that’s why most people are screw ups at the gym is because they don’t train with consistancy. gl!
