I’m trying to figure out what foods I need to be eating to lose body fat besides doing cardio and strength training. Could anyone tell me what I specifically need to be eating? (like apples, salads, etc.).

Over time, is it true that body fat will eventually go away little by little? (Stomach fat)

I think you already know the answer but I’ll give you the answer anyway.

Fruits, vegetables and lean sources of protein.

It is not true that your body fat will just disappear by itself. Yes, if you follow the diet that it sounds like your on and you continue to exercise then your fat will shrink. And that’s exactly what happens. Your fat cells shrink in size. They don’t go away they just shrink and take up a lot less room under your skin. I hope that makes sense.

Stomach fat will go away as you shrink your belly. This is acomplished by spreading out your meals and cardio…as you know, this keeps your metabolism going all day. One big run and one big meal a day may be less food and more excercise than most people do, but you wont lose any fat that way. Break a sweat twice a day (5 days) and eat 5 small meals.

The other fat fighter is of course muscle. Fat can’t grow where muscle is. Situps and crunches in the morning and before bed can do wonders… I know people who eat what ever they want, drink beer, but do 50 crunches in the morn, 100 at night, and they are chisseled tight.

Everybody is differernt. Play it safe until you see how your belly reacts. Green veggies are great, asperagus, brocc.. etc.
Pomegrante is fruit that burns calories well… there are much more if you just search yahoo, but bottom line:
fruits, veggies, lean meat (fish, chicken breast), whole grain bread, stay away from dairy. Did I mention GREENTEA is like supercharging your body. Drink a glass everyday.
