what do you do to speed your motabolism? (bodybuilding, fitness)?

is there a diet or better yet, a vitamin?

Are you trying to lose weight or just speed up your metabolism? One does the other but taking something to do it has never been a good idea. If you look at people from a hundred years ago it’s hard to find a fat one except for the banker the one who sat on his butt. Today everyone is sitting on their butt and their gut shows it, do you see where I’m coming from? All they had was good unadulterated foods and no sugar and water to drink. That’s all we need to do too. Stay away from processed foods and sugars and drink lots of water. Anything else you put into your body you don’t know what any long term affects could be. But I wouldn’t want to be the one who found out that it was possible to have any when a good diet is the main thing we have to control.
