hace un año que hago este ejercicio todos o casi todos los dias y baje 10 kilos. me sirvio me gustaria el video completo. es genial con un poco de actividad todos los dias logre mucho.

I dont mean to be racist or anything, why is it that most Indians (from India) go to the gym doing 30% of mild training and 70% of doing nothing and watching ladies train.

I really apologize but this is based on my experience. There are about 10 Indians guys and all ten of them are the same. What made me really angry is when two of them complained the trainer to the manager saying that his methods are no-effect and just waste of time.
